PDF FormulaCAD - PDF FormulaCAD 2008 is a converter that allows you to convert PDF, PDF/A-files into a DWG, DXF or DGN file and then import the file into any CAD system in order to edit it there.

PDF FormulaCAD™ 2008 is sold both as an independent program. CAD-Systems or AutoCAD are not necessary.

Converting several files in one program cycle is possible.

PDF FormulaCAD ™ 2008 is based on a high-capacity PDF interpreter and convert the files directly into a DWG, DXF or DGN file. The resulting files therefore exhibit a very high degree of accuracy and quality.

PDF FormulaCAD ™ 2008 converts files into DWG version 12 - 2008, DXF version 12 -2008 and DGN version 8. All vectors, lines, circles, curves, planes, splines, text and pixel images are transferred into DWG, DXF and DGN. The pixel images can be vectorised, embedded or saved in separate files. Special functions generate circles and curves. The PDF layer structure is incorporated; if this is not available, a layer structure can be created based on the colour information. Letters are combined into texts and allocated a CAD text style. Stroke widths and line types are also converted.

PDF FormulaCAD ™ 2008 converts colours into DWG, DXF indexed or full RGB colours. PDF FormulaCAD ™ 2008 and PDF FormulaCAD™ also support TTF fonts. For multiple-page PDF documents, you can specify which pages should be converted into DWG, DXF or DGN format.

If you have not signed any written licensing agreement to the contrary with Kazmierczak Software GmbH, you declare your consent to the provisions of this licensing agreement by using, passing on or installing this copy of PDF FormulaCAD software.

The transfer module of PDF FormulaCAD software may be installed and used on one computer only. It may not be installed on multiple computers used by different persons simultaneously.

Kazmierczak Software GmbH expressly forbids the use of PDF FormulaCAD software in applications or systems in which, as far as it is possible to judge, malfunctions of this software can be expected to cause physical damage or injury resulting in death. You may only use the program in an environment of this kind at your own risk. Kazmierczak Software GmbH shall not assume any liability whatsoever for damages or losses due to such prohibited use.

A guarantee shall only be granted for faults claimed within six (6) months of the purchase of this PDF FormulaCAD license. Obvious defects in the software must be specified within one (1) week after their discovery. If the software should be defective, Kazmierczak Software GmbH shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to either supply a replacement or return the purchase money.

Kazmierczak Software GmbH shall only be liable for gross negligence or wrongful intent; in the event of major violations of contract, however, for any culpable actions of its employees. It shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, in particular for loss of expected profit, unless these damages are due to wrongful intent on the part of employees, or to wrongful intent or gross negligence on the part of legal representatives or senior executives.

Except in the case of wrongful intent on the part of employees, or of wrongful intent or gross negligence on the part of legal representatives or senior executives, the amount of liability shall be limited to those damaged typically predictable at the time the contract is signed. You are strongly advised to test new software thoroughly in an uncritical environment before putting it to actual use. You shall bear the entire risk of being able to use the program for your intended purpose.

The District Court of Stuttgart shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising from or related to this contract, insofar as you are a merchant as defined by the German Commercial Code.

Only substantive German law shall be applicable to this contract. The application of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be expressly excluded.

This Agreement represents the complete contract between the two parties and shall replace all prior agreements, purchasing contracts, covenants and arrangements unless you have made a written agreement to the contrary with Kazmierczak Software GmbH.

All rights to the PDF FormulaCAD software not expressly granted to you by this Agreement shall be exclusively reserved by Kazmierczak Software GmbH. You are not entitled to loan, rent, change, translate, decompile, take apart or examine its mode of functioning, nor to use it as the basis for software programs of your own.

The PDF FormulaCAD software may not be made available to third parties who have connections to a data processing service provider, an applications service provider or similar company; nor may it be used in a company for the purpose of offering services to third parties in the area of compression, decompression, conversion or data transfer. The rights granted to you by this license shall not imply that any rights are granted to third parties.
